B Debt Free has been established to assist people through the stress and trauma associated with financial hardship.

Tasmanian owned and operated, you can talk face to face with a real person. After hours appointments can be arranged.

We will exhaust all other options available, including refinancing before bankruptcy action is taken. Any agreement entered into must be affordable.

Internal Dispute Resolution

If you do have a complaint, please contact us by email addressed to; The Complaints Officer at compliance@connective.com.au , please make sure you include as much information as you can. You should explain the details of your complaint as clearly as you can. You must do this in writing. When we receive a complaint, we will attempt to resolve it promptly.
